### Purpose
The goal is to develop ViKa as a model for different organisations in Karnataka looking to set up such centres. We will map out the philosophy, vision as well as a complete list of all resources that we can find on joyful learning with agency for the children.
### Principles
- Iteration. The goal is not to build a complete document but to build a skeleton document that everyone can add on to. We wan to make it easily editable and allow anyone to contribute or add to it.
- Flexible. We want the document to be flexible so we can expand it to other geographies and other types of organisations in the learning space as well.
### Outcome Visioning
We create a handbook with a dump of all things Vismaya Kalike. We are able to dump all our knowledge into a repository and make it easily accessible and navigable to all stakeholders. This handbook will evolve with Sakhi <> ViKa and serve as a blueprint for further such collaborations. The goal is to build a ViKa collective of numerous non-profits.
### Brainstorming
- What do I already know about this project? I have some ideas on what I can include in the handbook. Srilakshmi has done some preliminary work and identified some other handbooks that could be relevant to us.
- What don’t I know that I need to find out? I'm not sure right now but I'm sure the handbook will grow over time.
- Who can I talk to who might provide insights? Guru could be a good person to involve in this process so he can help me structure this.
- What can I read or listen to for relevant ideas? There are a few other handbooks out there and it'll be interesting to see how they're structuring and putting things together.
