Based on our visit we realised that despite our workshop a lot of the centres were still operating as tuition centres and not learning centres. The primary goal with this meeting was to reinforce the ideas of the workshop and to begin the process of report writing.  - Ice breaker and songs - Introduce Right hand in, right hand out song - Report writing 10 am - 11:30 am - Understanding why we write reports. Let the facilitators themselves share why they think it's important - Discuss being hones in the report writing - 5 Questions - What did you do? - What went well? - What did you learn? - What support do you need? - What could be better? - Nudge towards daily journaling of a few points each day as a way to help recall better. - Reflection of the workshop activity  - Recap in the following categories - What activities and games did you learn? - How should we be as facilitators? - What are some things we shouldn’t do? - Focus on the following themes - Facilitator not a teacher - Treating everyone the same. Don't need to make fanfare that we're coming. We're also equals and here to support you. - Understanding and observing the children - Not one standardised learning across the board - Building something new to attract children - We want to understand who is attending the centre and who is not. Based on our observations in the field it appears that a lot of the children who are attending are not the ones surveyed. - Each meeting we decided to have the facilitators mark according to the survey who has been attending the centre. - How we can support the facilitators? - Laminated worksheets that children can work with so you don't have to give the same thing always - Games list book of wonder so you can change the games up - Some basic stationery for each centre since we want to make sure all children have access to it - 2 scales - 1 sketch pen set - 1 Rubik's cube - 1 crayon set - 1 colour pencil set - 1 box of pencils - 4 pens - 1 paint set - 2 sharpeners  - 3 erasers  - 2 colouring books - 1 activity book - A suitcase to carry things around - Blackboard, duster and chalk  - Tarpaulin for the children to sit in - Flex banner to hang at each centre - Additional logistical information such as sharing financial documents and making sure to participate in the health checkup. - Addressing any concerns from facilitators and making sure they understand the honorarium amount and why it is what it is as well.
