- Sometimes it's important to shut people out of a conversation and make space to be private. Though it may seem exclusionary it's important to build such spaces for a relationship to thrive. There's a need to do it gracefully though and ensure that the sense of community is not lost.
- This is something that we need to figure out at our centers in particular. Often a child may not be able to communicate with a facilitator because they may not be comfortable with another child being present.
