For 15 People Ingredients
- One big onion
- 1/2 small can tomato paste
- One cup green peas
- One cup diced cauliflower
- One cup cut green beans
- One bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 russet potatoes
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala 2-3 tbs
- One green chilly
- Cilantro
- Butter half a stick
Recipe:
- In a pressure cooker, cook all vegetables. 1/2 cup water. 3 whistles.
- Boil potatoes separately
- Cut onions in small pieces
- Heat butter, add onion. Let them become golden brown. Add tomato paste. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a min. Add half masala.
- Add vegetables and mash them. Skin boiled potatoes. Add to all vegetables.
- Top with cilantro.
- If too thick add water. Add salt and remaining masala per taste.
- Garnish with raw onion, cilantro and lime juice.
