- I feel like it's really important for facilitators to have an understanding of what a child knows. When you assume that a child knows something and ask them a question on it, if they don't know it it can really harm their [[Learner Self Image]].
- On the flip side if you ask something that might be too easy it might lead to boredom and frustration. It's important to get a quick understanding of where the children are. You're better off erring on the side of too easy than too difficult.
