- Often when we think of a observing children we refer to what we see. However, I have found that what we hear is also deeply indicative. I'm not just referring to what is said and understanding the words spoken but also of the noise and the sounds heard in the center.
- Recently I've found that there is a clear distinction I'm able to notice in the way a center sounds when it is thriving and when it is not. A simple example of this might be a center that's too quite - indicating a clear lack of activity and energy.
- We don't often rely on our hearing as much and it's something I really want to be mindful of. Perhaps capturing [[Sound Memories]] of the centers are something that we can learn from.
