- We can't expect every day to be the same or every phase to be the same. One thing with I've noticed is that there are constant ups and downs. - With our education initiative whether it be in the interest of the learners (as experienced on [[2018-07-26]]) or in community pushback (as visible on [[2018-11-15]]) there are always ups and downs. - It's important not to get fazed by this and to not take things to heart. It's very easy to assume that you are the center of the universe. As facilitators of learning we often think that our work is the most important thing in the world but it's important to keep things in perspective and understand that facilitating learning for a child is a marathon not a sprint.
