When participants take [[Accountability]] then a change emerges. - One challenge with relational methods is that they're very hard to measure. - Problem solving approaches also put the accountability on someone else and allow us to wait for a leader to come solve our problems. --- Questions that are designed to change other people are the wrong questions.
