*Maximum: 1 page, uploaded with your proposal narrative as a single PDF file. Your plan for execution should include a timeline with the key benchmarks required to execute on this project. While most proposals cover a 1-2 year period, there is no required minimum or maximum project duration.*
The proposed plan for execution is 18 months. By the end of the project, the goal is to build ten different learning activities and have five thousand learners try out the platform. Additionally, we will aim to increase the time spent learning and completion rates for activities through iterations.
1. Content Development - We will move beyond Physics and develop and test activities in Mathematics as well. We will also move from only 11th and 12th graders and cater to 9th and 10th graders as well.
2. Activity Development - We will have ten diverse learning activities, each with an emphasis on a different skill. The first two quarters will be spent honing and iterating our existing activities before moving on to newer ones. It's also important to note that activity development can never stop, and we'll constantly be looking for new activities to create.
3. Scaling Usage - Our first few users will come from carefully curated classrooms and teachers where there is a need and interest. While this might skew the initial data, it will allow us to hone the UI/UX and fine tune the AI models from feedback. After this initial period, we will reach out to a more diverse group of classrooms. Once we hit a certain scale, we will take a more content driven approach and aim to scale through inbound traffic and referral programs.
4. Data Analysis - There are three main components to the data analysis. Setting up the infrastructure to capture the data, cleaning up and organising the data in dashboards and finally analysing and publishing the results.
