### Purpose We are driving a lot of traffic to our landing pages but for some reason we're not able to convert them at all. This is probably because our copy is not great or because our leads are not super high intent. We need to iterate on copy a few times to ensure that that's not where the gap is. ### Principles - Experiment. The goal is to gather information and better understand our customer. We need to experiment rapidly and ensure that we're able to make some sense of customer behaviour. ### Outcome Visioning We build out a strong landing page that communicates our vision and product clearly. Our page leads to at least 10% conversion to demos and has all the information our stakeholders are looking for. ### Brainstorming - What do I already know about this project? - We know what user behaviour is like from clarity and mixpanel. We also understand some part of our user base from the users we have talked to. - What don’t I know that I need to find out? - We need to understand the art of writing good copy. - Who can I talk to who might provide insights? - Marketing experts would be good to reach out to.
