### Purpose
The landing page continues to not convert and there seems to be some confusion about how the product works. We need to make it easier for teachers to understand. The time spent on the website has increased from 20 to 40 seconds, but the scroll depth has reduced by from 40% to 20% and the conversions are still low. This indicates that perhaps the website is not easy to understand and is not clear.
### Principles
- Feedback. It's important to get feedback from a few people who haven't seen the product before finalising. We were hasty the last few times around and got too much in our heads. We don't necessarily have enough traffic to do a proper A/B test so we would have to rely a bit on our friends circle.
### Outcome Visioning
We build out a strong landing page that communicates our vision and product clearly. Our page leads to at least 10% conversion to demos and has all the information our stakeholders are looking for.
### Brainstorming
- What do I already know about this project? — We know what user behaviour is like from clarity and mixpanel. We also understand some part of our user base from the users we have talked to.
- What don’t I know that I need to find out? — We need to figure out how to simplify the content on the website so it's easy to understand for a five-year-old.
- Who can I talk to who might provide insights? — Marketing experts would be good to reach out to. I can't seem to think of anyone in my network as of now.
- What can I read or listen to for relevant ideas? — Perhaps it's worth reaching out on my LinkedIn network to see how people are communicating with educators.
