### Purpose - To provide scholarship for all the students who need support and our eligible in a timely manner. - To have clear documentation and communication with the AID team and not inconvenience them. ### Principles - Punctuality - Need to be punctual with documents for AID as well as in the payment of the fees - Thorough - Need to be thorough with all the documentation and ensure that receipts and letters are all signed and processed properly ### Outcome Visioning - Over the next few months we work out scholarships for the fifty or so students who have requests. We gather them all in a location and handover cheques and letters to them. We are able to provide AID with pictures and receipts in a timely manner and the fee for all the children has been paid before it is due. ### Brainstorming - What do I already know about this project? - I know the mistakes we made last year and what challenges we faced.
