### Purpose Write a report for AID to raise continued funds for Vismaya Kalike. ### Principles - Honest - Be as honest as possible regarding the challenges and outcomes we have been able to achieve over the last year. The report should strive to be more real than just wholesome and positive. - Clarity - Explain clearly how each center has different circumstances and potentially different outcomes particularly the distinction in the situations in Andhra and Bangalore and how the expectations are different as well. - Philosophy - Connect to the larger philosophy and vision of the program and share the theory of change. ### Outcome Visioning By the end of November able to put together a compelling narrative about the project so far. Collect sufficient evidence and build case studies based on what has happened over the year. Coordinate with DBRC and ensure the information from them is consistent with what is being submitted by the Bangalore centers as well. Submit it to AID and present it to the funding team and have answers ready for any questions that might come up. ### Brainstorming - What do I already know about this project? - I have a good idea of what understanding AID has about the project and what gaps they are seeking to understand. We must try to get multiple perspectives from all the stake holders involved. - What don’t I know that I need to find out? - I need to understand a little better on what is happening in Andhra. Perhaps worth making a visit as well to Vijayawada and trying to speak to some of the teachers. - Who can I talk to who might provide insights? - Annamani who is coordinating the DBRC project would be able to give insights. It's also important to talk to each center facilitator. Srilakshmi and Prafulla can go over the report and add any other insights they might have. - What can I read or listen to for relevant ideas? - Nothing in specific here.
