### Purpose - Speak at the AID event about ViKa and communicate clearly about the vision and the progress so far. - Ensure that we get funding for next year as well. ### Principles - Clarity - Need to communicate clearly and honestly where we are - Don't underplay - I have a tendency to undersell and underplay what we're doing and we should make sure we aren't doing that. ### Outcome Visioning - The talk at AID goes really well. All the participants are impressed with what we're doing at ViKa and they provide us with funds over the next two years with a view to expand and grow the program. ### Brainstorming - What do I already know about this project? - I have a good idea of how to communicate about ViKa. I've done it numerous times and I'm generally comfortable and passionate about what we do. - What don’t I know that I need to find out? - I actually don't know enough about the audience at all. I'm not sure who'll be attending and what the context is. I will be winging it a little in that regard. - Who can I talk to who might provide insights? - Prafulla is the main person who can provide insights on this front. I definitely need to learn on her. - What can I read or listen to for relevant ideas? - I need to have a call with Annamani and Anil to understand the happenings in Andhra a bit better.
