### Purpose After building the initial MVP of OpenOS we want to be able to get some users to test it out. With this in mind we want to build a few growth features that might bring more users to the platform. ### Principles - Speed - Build rudimentary versions of features. Remember the idea is to only know if things are possible and if people want it more so than to actually build out the product. ### Outcome Visioning By the end of the month we should be able to go into any call and be able to connect to some tool that they're using and provide them with some value. We also want the users to feel like the experience is good even though under the hood we may be undertaking lot of manual effort. ### Brainstorming - What do I already know about this project? - Have a brief understanding of what types of integrations users might want. - We also know that financial information is sensitive and that's not something we should focus on. - What don’t I know that I need to find out? - Don't know how easy or difficult it is to connect to some of these data sources. - Who can I talk to who might provide insights? - No one really just need to do some trial and error before figuring out how to proceed. - The office can be useful in understanding how Tally works. - What can I read or listen to for relevant ideas? - Just need to do some basic Googling. Nothing specific on the research front. ### Actions - [x] Connect to DynamoDB and pull data ✅ 2023-05-11 - [x] Stripe front end ✅ 2023-05-17 - [x] Connect to MySQL on form submission and validate ✅ 2023-05-17 - [x] MySQL Get Data and reports ✅ 2023-05-23 - [x] Research on User Churn ✅ 2023-05-29 - [x] Create predictive analysis dummy data for OpenOS ✅ 2023-06-05
