From a P and L standpoint these seem to be the crucial things that we're looking for from RazorPayX API.
- List of payouts - if they're using Razorpay to pay vendors, salary etc we can get that from the list of payouts.
- List of transactions - this is almost the equivalent of having tally entries or a bank statement. It has the complete list of transactions as well as the amount, the balance etc.
From what I've seen on your Excel these are the challenges I foresee
- If the transactions are not clearly marked with a type it may be hard to classify them. Our classification system while good is not perfect. So transactions like Salary and Branding may be hard to get.
- I'm not sure how exactly a company might be showing receivable and payable transactions. In the list of transactions we can get pending transactions but I think this again is dependent on how the company is using it.
- CAC we can't tell unless we have the number of users. We can understand the spent on marketing but unless we look in the database it'll be hard to get the denominator.
- Units sold as well might be tricky to get unless they're using RazorPay for payments and invoicing. We might be able to get this from number of transactions but if people are buying more than one unit then this might be a tad inaccurate.
