### Purpose - Hire a coordinator for ViKa that would potentially contribute to the philosophy of the initiative and help work with the facilitators. ### Principles - Find someone who aligns with the vision and philosophy of the initiative - Take time and not rush through the process - Ideally hire a female coordinator so she can bring in a different perspective ### Outcome Visioning - In the next six to eight months find someone who can add to what I'm doing at ViKa. Hopefully they are able to take leadership and take some load of the administration and reporting work. ### Brainstorming - What do I already know about this project? - I know what kind of person I want and what we're looking for.
