### Outcome Visioning
We spend some time brainstorm and come up with a lot of ideas. We evaluate them and come to an idea we both really love and really want to solve. We are able to align on a solution and come up with a SaaS product and begin to sell to businesses. Within a two to three months we have a 10-20 paying customers who are using our product and providing as feedback. We start to scale up our sales and build out new product features making minimal hires. Within a year or so we are profitable and are able to draw a salary of 3-4 lakhs a month each. We get some venture funding or get into YC and we crank up sales to 10x and we get an ARR of 2-5 million dollars. We sell the company for a 100 million dollars in three years and exit.
