### Purpose - To replace Pavithra at Arasu Colony or replace Arasu Colony with another area for our fifth learning center ### Principles - Stability - Consistency ### Outcome Visioning We are able to get our fifth center stable and consistent at least to the level that T R Nagar is at. We have a consistent facilitator and a community space that we can use without any trouble from local leaders. Initially we don't need to worry about philosophy and just need to get the center up and running. ### Brainstorming - What do I already know about this project? - We've really struggled with Arasu Colony and that's because there's not that much commitment from local volunteer. For center to succeed the local person needs to take ownership and not be overburdened. - We have a wide network that we can leverage to set up the next center. Geeta's team, Gulab's team are both good options. - What don’t I know that I need to find out? - Need to find the right partner organisation/facilitator and understand constraints and limitations - Who can I talk to who might provide insights? - Prasanna, Guru, Gulab, Radha, Geeta, Venkatesh - What can I read or listen to for relevant ideas? - Nothing much that can be read.
