### Purpose - Create a model for Growth School that increases their conversions and optimises their sales funnel. ### Principles - Iterate Rapidly - Create multiple models, keep sharing insights and try to improve constantly. The customer is interested in working with us so we can take our time with this. - Results - We need to help move the needle with results. Even if it means being a consultant if we can move the needle on conversion we can provide serious value and get paid. ### Outcome Visioning GrowthSchool has a larger number of users so if we can figure out a way to take our solution the cloud this could prove to be really valuable. Even if we don't have an API set up and need manual triggering just getting it going in a cloud environment would be hugely valuable. By the end of this project hoping to have some models created and deployed entirely on a cloud server without any reliance on my computer.
