Choice of Model
- To start with my suggestion for the model to build would be a TOFU to sign up model. I know there are a few different channels for the sign up process but we can consider one of them where there is some data or information being collected. Webinar to course for example would be a good place to start. Will need help with the exact event names for this.
Approach
- Initially we will model at a high level what is crucial to whether a user converts or not.
- Once we have an understanding on what those events are we'll dive deeper into those events and see what buckets in those particular events are important.
- For example we might look into how long a video was watched if the video watch event is considered important.
Questions to Ask
- What're the various user funnels you're running?
- We'll decide on one of the funnels to focus on here as well
- Unusual number of play and pause events as well as webinar comms activity. What could be the reason are those relevant events?
