1. [[Search Content You Consume]] - Cool problem but I think this is too huge a problem and not something that would work with your timeline. 2. [[Better Search Files and Documents]] - Searching seems to be the most exciting thing here. Even in tech organisations this is definitely an issue. At Google it's literally a drive and it really sucks. In Confluence there's some sort of organisation. There are updates when people make changes to your documents. As a PM it's really useful to know when there are discussions on things technical. More of an organisation than a search problem. Often I don't know the keyword that I'm looking for. You can build on top of Google Drive. Lots of people still use this but it really sucks. Everyone's used to this and it should be easier to sell. 3. [[Business Forecasting]] - Not too excited about this. There are lots of tools out there. Lack of awareness of these tools is the problem. Grafana and Prometheus can do these things. It's just a question of if you can do it better. 4. [[Visibility and Accountability in Work]] - The visibility and accountability would be quite helpful for non tech folks. There's no real tool even for PMs so sure that in non tech there's an even bigger problem. Google has task flow that's really bad. Asana is quite decent to use for non tech folks but not great. For example you can't even build a basic gantt chart on it. It's got a lot of jargon. 5. [[Workflow Routing]] - For procurement thing you can repurpose Jira to make it work. We set up system within the company. For a hardware CAD for example there were lots of steps and stakeholders and had to set this up with Jira. 6. [[Communication]] - Definitely a huge problem. Lots of people are trying to solve this for sure. Notes: - Would completely utilise the office at home. If you can prove for that then anything should work.
